Contact Eye Sight City with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible before the return is shipped.

Condition

Frames and accessories should be unused, complete and in saleable condition. Prescription, customised, tinted and made-to-order items may have different eligibility depending on the work already completed.

Damaged or incorrect item

Report damage or an incorrect item as soon as possible with clear photographs and your order number so the team can review it.
